Please remember that this appointment time is reserved just for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time or no show to your dedicated appointment time, a fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment will be charged to your credit card on file.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, cancellation fees will be waived for anyone rescheduling due to illness as per Manitoba COVID-19 Screening Tool. Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible to allow others to take advantage of your appointment time.
